CLEP

AP courses are college-level courses offered at the high school level. Students who take and excel on AP Exams can earn college credit at most colleges and universities.

Contact the colleges and universities directly to learn about their policy for giving college credit for AP Exams.

More than 30 different AP courses and AP Exams are offered. All courses may not be offered at all high schools.

AP Exams are given by high schools, so interested students should talk to an AP teacher or the AP Coordinator at the high school about available AP courses and exams. Students who are homeschooled or attend a school that doesn’t offer AP can still participate.
